咕嚕肉已經成為左何生工作辛苦既甜頭, 希望何生可以好好去享受我為佢預備既晚餐, 忘記工作上既辛酸

咕嚕肉 

材料
枚頭豬肉     $30
罐頭菠籮  1 
青紅黃椒     1

汁料
細罐頭菠籮內既糖水 - 1罐
沙糖 - 1/4茶匙
白醋 - 1平蓋
茄汁 - 3.5湯匙

醃料
沙糖
豆粉

生抽
雞蛋 1

做法
1.     先將豬肉洗淨及切小件肉排
2.    
紅黃椒洗淨去囊, 切小件備用
3.    
用醃料將肉排醃好
4.    
菠籮切開小塊 (罐內菠籮水留用)
5.    
加油落獲至油滾
6.    
肉排逐件上一層薄薄豆粉 (醃料份量以外)
7.    
放入油獲以半煎炸方式炸熟上碟 
8.    
將肉排第2次回獲用大火反炸 (幫助肉身金黃脆身及迫出多餘油份)
9.    
加入青紅黃椒及菠籮略炒, 加入汁料煮熱, 最後加入肉排兜勻即可

其實我好小寫汁料/醃料既份量, 因為我無刻意去量度, 希望下面既資料幫到你啦

汁料份量
細罐頭菠籮內既糖水 - 1罐
沙糖 - 1/4茶匙

何太.我想做紙包蛋糕睇到了妳的網頁.好靚呵.請問買哪一種類的焗爐最好?因為睇到有的人講話黏住張紙.因為個個焗爐既爐溫唔一樣,我屋企遝沒有焗爐.買時要留意什麼呵?謝謝.

我係買忠臣牌(Loyola), 價錢又平又好用...大約$300-400就可以, 你可以去豐澤果D睇下

你可以用沙糖+水搞勻去代替

初來貴blog,我係新家庭主婦,而家住係台灣.以前都冇煮過飯,成日整來整去都係果幾味,睇到你呢度好多好好味又好0岩我胃口概菜式,好感動啊!!

想請問你,乜係豆粉?係未我地講概"生粉"?定係真係豆粉(protein?)同埋乜係"枚頭豬肉"?你知唔知係台灣點講啊?
